On October 30, 2020, Del Monte Philippines, Inc. (“DMPI”) listed its PHP 6.5 Bn maiden bond issuance on the Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corp. (“PDEX”). From planning to execution, EEPG advised DMPI in all aspects of the transaction that resulted in the successful maiden offering of DMPI.
